Critical Distinction: Tlazohtla Collective is a curated community operated by Somatic Curiosity Coaching, LLC. The Company curates independent coaching practitioners based on coaching integrity, experience, expertise, values alignment, etc but:
- The Company collects payments only for its own coaching services. Payments for independent coaches are processed through their separate platforms.
- Each independent coach is a separate business entity responsible for their own:
- Service delivery
- Client bookings and scheduling
- Payment processing and collections
- Refund policies
- Data handling and privacy practices
- Each independent coach maintains their own privacy policy governing how they handle their clients' personal information.
- The Company does not supervise, control, or endorse independent coaches' business operations, methods, or advice.
When you engage with an independent coach through this Community, you enter into a separate client-coach relationship governed by:
- That coach's own terms of service
- That coach's own privacy policy
- That coach's own disclosure documents
- That coach's applicable local laws
NOT the Company's terms or policies.
